In March 2024 the average UK broadband speed hit 120 Mbps, fast enough to stream a 4K game with less than 15 ms of latency. That figure alone explains why services such as Xbox Cloud Gaming and PlayStation Plus Premium have added roughly 2.3 million new UK users since January.
